Procedure for ordering Notations for self, or, as gift to a dear-one :
(1) Inform your City and Country.
(2) Select and inform Songs for which you wish Notations to be ordered out of the List.
(3) Inform Your Name, Postal Address, E-mail Address.

In case of Gift Order - inform Name, Postal
& E-mail address of the person to whom the Notations
are to be
forwarded.

Payment within India can be deposited in IDBI, ICICI or SBI (core-banking) branches. Payment in other countries can be done thro' PayPal. After receiving and accepting the Order - we'll inform you the details of Procedure for Payment.
Once confirmation of Payment having been made is received by us - we'll despatch the Notations.
Mode of delivery of CMN’s :
Chitra’s Musical Notations shall be delivered by Post within India against payment received in Rupees, and, by email to outside countries against payment received in US $.
Time taken for delivery of Chitra’s Musical Notations :
Normally Notations of songs in CMN-system as per the List within India shall be received by the customers in about a week's time from the date of receipt of "Clear Order" along with "Requisite Payment" by us.
Notations to Foreign destinations shall be sent by email as soon as the Payment is confirmed by PayPal.
