If an Individual, or, Concern,
wishes to become popular among Music-Lovers by sponsoring
Chitra's Musical Notations
for a particular Song
- they can do so.
Notations for Sponsored Songs can be written in
CMN-System
or in
Sheet-Music
format depending upon one's choice.
Lyrics part will be written in Hindi or English as per the Sponsor's choice.
In case of Sponsored Issues of
CMNs
- on the
Title-Sheet of Notations - announcement of the Sponsorship shall be made. Captions
can be suggested by the Sponsor. Examples are:

OR
To all Music Lovers : with Best Compliments from ............... Email Address: ............... .
OR
Dedicated to : ....................... by ............................... Email Address: ..................... .
OR
In Memory of .......................... by .................... Email Address: ......................... .

Songs for Sponsorship can be chosen from the CMN List / Sheet-Music List, or, a Personal Favorite can be chosen and informed to us for which we'll write Notations and include in our List.
Charges for Sponsoring
500 copies of
Chitra’s Musical Notations for a
particular Song are $
500.
100
copies of the Notations will be sent to the Sponsor for distribution by the
Sponsor to friends / relatives / acquaintances. Balance
400
copies will be sold
/ distributed by us
@ $ 1.00 per copy
to other Music-Lovers so as to spread the Sponsor's Message to other Music-Lovers.
Or, if the Sponsor wishes, he can get all the
500 copies
for $ 900
for distributing / gifting to Music-Lovers himself.
Remittance for Sponsoring a song is
to be sent only after receiving confirmation from us that we’ll be taking up
writing Notations for the indicated Song, and,
accept the Sponsor's Message for displaying on the Title
Sheet of the Notations.
Time taken for delivery :
Normally the Notations for
Sponsored Songs shall be ready for distribution within
one month of the receipt of clear order along
with requisite payment.
